ABOUT THIS GUIDE
A practical starting point for your UAE trip.
This independent directory brings together attractions, districts and outdoor places across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including inland towns and east-coast exclaves. It is a research-based planning resource, not an official government website, ticket seller or exhaustive register of every venue.
Our editorial approach
Entries are compiled from official tourism, government and attraction-operator information. Each directory entry links to its supporting source. Some sources cover several places; an “Official guide” link is not necessarily a booking page. Descriptions and suggested routes are written for this guide and do not imply firsthand visits.
The research date is 9 October 2026. We do not claim live availability. We avoid fixed ticket prices because packages and offers change. “Free to explore” describes general browsing or public exploring; paid attractions, transport, parking, facilities and private venues may still cost money.
Research and drafting use AI tools to help organise source material and produce planning notes. Entries are checked against the linked sources; they do not represent firsthand travel reports. We identify uncertain access and clearly label contextual photography. Send a correction with a supporting source if you find information that needs updating.
Opening status and conflicting information
Where current sources conflict or retain older closure notices, the directory highlights that uncertainty. Confirm directly with the attraction before booking travel. Global Village's official announcement says its next season opens on 14 October 2026. Miracle Garden, Ain Dubai, Museum of Illusions and Crocodile Park need particular attention to their current notices.
Principal sources
The northern emirates guides draw on Visit Sharjah, Ajman Tourism, Visit Ras Al Khaimah, official government and museum information, and individual attraction operators. Khorfakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn belong to Sharjah; Dibba Al Fujairah belongs to Fujairah. Masfout and Manama belong to Ajman.
Visit Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Media Office and individual operators support the Abu Dhabi guide. Locations in Al Ain and Al Dhafra are part of the emirate and are labelled separately from the capital city.

Advertising and recommendations
The Web Makers package banners occupy selected advertising spaces. Other placements invite advertiser enquiries. Google AdSense code is not active. Official source links do not contain affiliate tracking. No paid placement or commission influences the guide order.
Photography and credits
Individual attraction photographs use reusable licensed images. Credits, source links and licence terms appear beneath each hero image. When exact venue photography is unavailable, a view of the surrounding area is explicitly labelled as an area view. Images illustrate a place and do not establish current operating conditions. Card images use the same licensed source as their linked guide.
